if fed good, they can go from a skinny two inches to a fat 3-4 inches in less than 8 months..

well i dont think fat is a problume then he wont eat anything unless i hand feed it to him. his just that way dont know why but he always wants me to hand feed him

he loves baby srhimp i feed him frozen crille cubes and store bought frozen shrimp every so offten to keep his beack trimed and he no like the fingers some how i think he can tell the difrents between food and fingers

krill is not good for puffers. It can cause lock jaw if feed to much

Make sure the shrimp is not cooked (make sure it is not pink colored)
How are his fins doing?
Have you named him yet?
For fun, you can also feed him crab legs to help with the beak. Hammer them a little and then let him nibble a small section of the crab leg..

ok thats good. You should try to get some snails to feed him too, maybe use the old 5g as a snail breeding tank

his fins are doing great
his name is puffy
why not cooked shrimp and i have seashalls for him to do that to

the five gallion was a friends i have a three galion that i probly can use for that but i dont know any thing about breading them

some water and a cheap filter(small sponge filter would be awesome) other then that all you need is snails and some food. And for food, algae wafers, fish flakes, some veggys will be good. Snails are super easy to breed
