good stuff
Add water to the 5 gal and dechlor it. wait a few hours and take 1/2 the water out of the 10 then add the water from the 5.
That cloudy could be dirty gravel or a bacterial bloom.
After tonight:
Every night for the next week, add water to the 5 gallon and add dechlor. In the morning take out half the water in the 10 and add the water from the 5. It is very easy and quick this way.
If you have questions on how to do this please ask

ohhhh ... can you tell us how you cleaned the gravel?
It would have been better if it wasn't cleaned...
was it "white cloudy"?

it would have been better to not clean it. The chlorine in the tap water (if you are on city water) kills the good stuff.
did you do the same with the filter and other stuff? I hope you just moved them over and didn't wash them.
If you did you will have to water change 2x per day for the next little while. The same way I mentioned before. Fill up the 5 gal, add the dechlor, drain 1/2 the 10 and add the water from the 5 gal.

I apologize for not letting you know this before. When we said move everything over, that meant just moving it... not cleaning it
