Re: Congo puffers
I would have to spend around 100$ to get that fished shipped to me. And my local fish store owner said if that website has some then it shouldn't be too long till he gets his hands on a couple. So i think im going to just wait it out, i was really hoping to get a grayish one, and save myself around 50 dollars lol

Re: Congo puffers
My friend at the local fish store told me he should have my Congo before Christmas. I set up my tank today, it's a 30 tall with sandy bottom and a nice setup piece of wood and some petrified wood. any other suggestions as to what congos like? (live plants, coral rocks etc) it'd be cool to get some different opinions on what to put in my tank.

Re: Congo puffers
Well, my local fish store owner told me the odds of getting a Congo anytime soon isn't really likely. Which is just great. :/ I contacted toyin from aquabid and he just blew me off and really never responded. So if anyone knows who i can contact or email for these little guys please let me know. I'm really hoping to get one before the holidays.

Re: Congo puffers

There he is... I've named him Chom. He changes color throughout the day... at night time he will be a dark brown... in the morning he has a red tint and during the peak of the day he has an awesome orange to him. I love these puffers even though this is my first one. Also, my fish store has 3 more small ones(around 2 inches, about the size of that guy) and a big one.. almost full grown.

Re: Congo puffers
does look like he's been kind of chewed on
maybe some Melafix (no charcoal during treatment and add an airstone) might be a good idea
what do you feed him?
