I know it doesn't really say what it is :S but could it do any harm?

Went to the store to buy some cories (I only have 2 of each species, not enough) and somehow came home with 3 cories, a light bar, 2 new bulbs, and 3 new plants. They had some really cool plants that need high light.... Erm... Now we have high light and didn't come home with the plants I wanted!!!

Oops On the plus side the setup was $80 off....

i just made the most awesome-est pizza EVER! i made it from scratch... i didnt know i could make pizza lol. it must be my italian genes commin out. it has pesto, roma tomatoes, parmesan, motzerella and feta cheese.... mmmmmmmmmm

thanks i love cooking, and felt like gettin creative & tryin sumthin i never tried before... i dont cook much now that i live alone... theres not much of a point... its just not very gratifying when im the only one eating it... again, thats the italian coming out in me, we love to feed other people lol

Yum pizza, sounds great! I love pizza..
I made one once with pesto, garlic, spicy chicken, mushrooms, peppers, cheese..
It didn't go well, I have no Italian in me xD

when you use pesto on pizza, i think the trick is: (or at least what worked for me) is to not use any maranara sauce and just use the pesto as the sauce. also, use some crushed up crutons to soak up the oil (and tomato juice in my case) so it doesnt drip all over your shirt lol... the crutons sound wierd, but it was actually really good cause the oil helped toast the crutons and made the crust seem like it was more crunchy and crispy... you didnt really notice the crispyness was really the crutons... worked out really well

EDIT: ur pizza is so round! lol, mine had a more natural look to it hahaha cause i dont have a rolling pin and i cant do the fancy pizza dough toss

My father is french-canadian .. that's how I got the name. At the internationals France beat Italy for the world's best pie, and interestingly, they are the #2 consumer of pizza. USA being #1.

Topping:
pasta sauce base
some pepperoni, and genoa salami,
white and red onions,
Tex-Mex (taco blend) shredded cheese.

Getting it round just takes practice. Cold dough makes it perfectly round but will burn on the bottom. Room temperature is best. Too warm and it is just sloppy.

Given your idea, I actually went and cleaned up the kitchen hoping to shoot a vid I had plans for a new website anyway so that vid could be the first real post
