Ok is this mealafix going to clear it up or do i need to get white spot treatment??

Yeah, the second photo really looks like ich.

Puffers generally don't do good with ich medications, usually we try to do the salt/heat method instead. There's articles in the library on treating it, you want to read the article on the freshwater version.

Melafix is more of a stress reducer/minor skin injury healing product. It won't help with parasites.

Looks like ich, which can also infect the eye. See the treatment of ich in our Library. Keep adding the Melafix & huge water changes.

right ive just bought some king british and put some in as stated on bottle,but my question is can i still do water changers using this or will it disturb the treatment.

Did you miss the part in Myaj's post about not using medications, just following the directions in the hospital forum about treating ich with heat and salt?

Does the artciel state how much salt to use, what is the correwct dosage is it one teaspoon per 5G and is that US out of interest

Yes, it should. Its 1 tablespoon per 5 gallons US of actual water volume (as opposed to tank size).

am i missing something here why am i using bottled water? er im not am i, im using king british which is a medicine for treating white spot.

he seems to be improving his eyes are looking alot better swiming around just not eating though but fingers crossed he will be fine cos ive got a nice supprise for him..400 litre tank :D :D :D :D

Duh... King British... sounds like some kind of bottled water.

You should not be using meds on a puffer. What are the ingredients of this med?
