Just thought I'd let you know what I feed my Valentini puffer, im assuming this is the puffer you had?

- Mysis shrimp
- Nori(seaweed)
- Brine shrimp- occaisonally, more as a snack
- Cockles- I have to open them for him though
- Random worms and crabs I find in the tank I feed to him

I've tried other seafoods eg prawns but he doesn't really seem to like them that much. I've had my puffer for over a year and his tooth is barely visible. I think it might get worn down by his natural hunting amongst all the live rock.

Can't he find them himself?

Oh Im sure he does, but I meant more like when Im taking a coral or piece of rock out of the tank and into another, and a crab or worm falls out, I will just put it in the tank and the puffers will fight for it.

Who knows what weird and wonderful creatures the puffers find in the live rock to eat!
