I'm growing the triops myself from eggs - lab-raised eggs, and I'm gonna stuff em full of superfoods, so that their guts are full of goodies when they are eaten. My fish already get lots of protein..it's fibre, vits mins and antioxidants etc that I'm hoping to boost by these triops.
I'd never consider buying anything live from an lfs to feed my F8s...yuck!
