My fahaka is the same. A few nipped plecos fins, many missing tiger barbs (some have escaped him for several years), decimated a large electric blue Jack Dempsey but only 2 small dorsal bites on a large frontosa. Red-tailed & rainbow sharks-fine. 12" yellow-finned chalcius is fine. 2 large clown loaches doing well. I added 4 rainbowfish that I needed to remove from another tank to add discus--1 dissappeared the next day. A rather large Bosmani got a pretty large chunk out of it's belly region & is now healing--that was several months ago.

Filbert the fahaka has been in a growth spurt this year--well over 12" now!

I kept an electric catfish with my fahaka for 7 years..until she died
but the catfish did need a cave to hide in and it's tail fin was always missing pieces. Smaller fishes became food. Bigger fish were murdered.
