To me it looks like a Valentini Puffer.
I would be careful keeping it with your GSP. Everything could okay today but then another day, a totally different story.
I definitely recommend keeping the two puffers in their own separate tank. GSPs are territorial.
I had a GSP that bullied fish and even killed a Domino Damsel.
Valentinis are fin nippers.
Valentinis are in the Toby (sharp-nose) family.

There is one problem, I dont have another tank, nor can i afford one and we have no where to put another tank, and Goober is Territorial least not yet none of them are

Then you should rehome all but one of the five fish you have in there now. That would be the responsible thing to do, rather than let them suffer.

I know some LFS will take them back in case of homing problems. You would have to find out what their policies are.
I had that issue with some fish and they were more than glad to take them back, in fact, they offered a trade for like supplies that I needed.

It was just a thought. Have you tried looking in the newspaper in the classified section for fish tanks. I know some people have found their much needed tanks in the paper.
I know there are some sites that allow people to post items for sale for free but I am not too kin of making purchases online from sites similar to these since the ebay scams.
I know I am trying to close a deal on
http://www.kaboo.com for a 35 gallon set up for $10. The owner is moving and does not want to take this set up with him. I'm trying to throw in gas money for him to bring to me since I don't have wheels.
I want to set it up for a freshwater puffer.
