Actually I'd leave them in there. They can help clean up any uneaten food bits.

10 ghost shrimp might be too many for a 10 gallon tank, though. They seem to be pretty territorial.
What do you mean when you say 'the water's gross' after you vacuum the gravel? It sounds like there's excessive waste.

oh did i use more? hahah i didn't even notice, cause i dont' care it's not like i'm writting an essay so whatever, but thanks for ya'lls suggestion, aiight i'll take those ghost shrimp out

Ghost shrimp get territorial? I've never seen that with mine and we had 50 (I had the LFS guy count them) in a 10g hospital/fry/QT tank until it was time for them to be food.

OH YES they clean up aliiight they can stay in there then, ummm well i think the water's pretty gross in the bucket after i suck the gravel , but whatever that means i'm doing a good job, well the dwarfs aren't really eating em but mabye they will when they get really hungry
