It's not going to go away in a few days. I had brown algae in one of my tanks for 6 months. I eventually bought a couple of oto's, and they cleaned it up almost overnight.
If I were you I would pick up a couple of oto's. Many people report they are compatible with dwarf puffers, and they are pretty inexpensive too. I think mine were $1.50/each.
ya cause my algae break is getting worst and nastier so i def need to get myself some of those otos thanks man
