Well i got them.. You know what its like. You go there with an open mind, but some how walk out with a bag in your hand!!!
They are indeed true figure 8's. Apparently they get them all the time. They also have SAP's, MBU's too.
The white spot is not too bad at the moment; i have increased the temp to 86F. They have been using protozin on them so do you think i should keep doing the same or just add some salt tomorrow? I also have some melafix, should i add a little in there too?
Your advice would be welcome.

I'd forget about using meds for now & try the heat & salt method on them 1st. Use marine salt & raise the SG .002 today, if the tank's cycled properly. That's close to <1/2 cup/5gal but check w/your hydrometer to be sure.

Do keep us posted on how they do. Salt and heat is wonderful for curing ich, and being BW fish it's likely not too stressful on them (they just think it's a heatwave).
