Yeh I found it interesting that feeder guppies have some endlers-like coloration. Didn't know they had that much Endler blood in em but I'd definitely believe it. However some of the fancier strains of pure-blood Endlers are really pretty (as well as the fancy hybrid guppy/endler strains).

I've longed to raise one of those strains as the occasional feeder. Beautiful fish that also are extremely fertile breeders? Make a nice display out of the guppy breeder tank... hehe. In other news, my girlfriend bought a 75gallon tank (for her piranha) and stand and glass top - and I've arranged the RFUG and PP-rigged aquaclear etc.

haha that sites great! they say the dwarf frogs live up to 30 years (which I doubt). They also say that their full size is 2" at the top, but at the bottom it says : Size at shipping: Full grown about 1"

Pygmy gourami:

Just remember to keep the dwarf puffers in big groups though eh! Otherwise you may get aggression!

As for the betta bit, they may be confused by less-colourful females being more peaceful than males.
