I just moved my figure 8 and 2 molly tankmates from the basement 20 long upstairs to a 10 gallon tank for a couple of hours, then a 3 gallon plastic tank for 10 minutes, and finally into the converted 29 gallon tank...through it all no puffing occurred. Again, not trying to get him to puff...but if I was a puffer I was so stressed I would have puffed after moving two tanks around like I did.
