I tried the epsom salt a week ago but i haven't seen any changes. Still no sign of any poop.
Do i try again?

You really need to get him in a bigger tank, ASAP.

He is now in a 120 liter tank, been in it for a week. At first he seemed excited and explored but the past two days he's been hiding in the cave.

I'm grateful he's in a bigger tank! Is there plenty of cover for him, other than the cave? Have you checked the water parameters?
