I did get the Congo puffer, he is only an inch, just came in yesterday, he did not go after the bloodworms or the brine shrimp at all, do I still have to give him time before he eats?

He's used to eating fish in the wild, so maybe try a few small guppies.

Thanks, but thankfully he started to eat bloodworms so I don't have to buy any live food for him

He is still there, I did change the water yesterday, and everything is still the same
Ammonia: 0
pH: 7.0
Is there anything else I can do?

Nitrite, nitrate? You could cover the heater with a mesh tube.
