I went to the Marine aquarium as well as the Marine Fish store where I got my Valentini. It took me two hours to do this. I took a picture. Both individuals I spoke with told me he has somehow hurt his eye. I attached a picture. I have taken him to the Marine Fish store and he is in the Marine Hospital. They stated that I need to take out the plastic plants in the aquarium and they in fact tested my water. The gentleman at the marine store where my Fugu is, is coming Monday to check on everything.

Levels are fine and I had an hour and a half talk with the aquarium person who is a Marine Biologist. I took pictures of every fish I have. He did in fact tell me that the large F8 is in fact a GSP like my small one. So, I have two GSP's, a Valentini and Fugu.

After the talk, for the sake of healing I took him to the Marine Aquarium store for their isolated fish. He does this for all his customers. Neither of the gentleman feel it's parasitic, or infected nor did they judge me on my care. I told them my problem and they focused on the Fugu only. Which was what I was trying to get answers for in the beginning. I guess the information I provided was not helpful in that I didn't explain it right or something.

The reason I mentioned the red highlights was because I thought I upset someone and that's why I was getting bad comments from genevive and itlagswrx. Anyway, the red highlights isn't an issue.

Wow, all great news! Might I suggest setting up a separate tank for this fellow? In the meantime, please do more research on him, his requirements, adult size, tank size, etc.

I have a list of instructions from the aquarium for the current tank. He also has pictures of my other fish, the tank, what is in the tank and my water sample. He took the time to educate me on the Fugu. All is well. I will of course as you suggest, read more. I am not technical when it comes to these things. I love my fish and would do anything for them, which was why I initially came to you Pufferpunk. You helped so much with my GSP and he is doing wonderful to this day!

It does look like slight damage to his eye. As long as he is alone in QT & given clean water & nutritious foods, he should recover well. I still highly suggest setting up his own tank. ug.php/v/PufferPedia/Marine/T_Ocellatus/

Please listen to PufferPunk then, as well as the constructive criticism that Genevieve n itlagsWRX, and change how your puffers are housed. They have given you very good advice. If you love them, then you'll realize through reading articles that your care is gravely lacking.

Set your perceived hurt aside, and realize that we care deeply for your fish. I have suggested several times to QT your Fugu, so I hope you have done so rather than keep asking till someone tells you what you want to hear and hope the problem goes away.

Keep us updated on its wound, and the new setups for you GSP, Valentini, and F8. PP has helped u with your GSP.. well, great. Now listen to her again, even if you choose to ignore others because somehow they offended you.
