It's just getting worse and it's been a week now

I thought the cycle should of been completed now but he is still covered in the spots and they are even worse!

Should I start treating with medicine now?

Seriously getting desperate I hate seeing him like this iit breaks my heart

Meds will just kill him quicker. It's gonna get worse, before it gets better.
