Fish move real fast if something bites/grabs their fins, there must be feeling there

In most of the cases, if there is any kind of injury, there is a need of surgery to be done.

Not true. Some injuries heal on there own in the ocean. Havnt you ever seen fish with a chunk takin out of them that survived. It happens all the time in their natural habitat and some make it through.
