Success in getting some meds in him I believe.
I soaked bloodworms in a super garlic and slight med concoction for about 50 minutes. I then preceded to feed said bloodworms to my tank. He ate three of them rather quickly, but after sitting for a bit, he spit on up and another one started to and he eventually gobbled it back up. I watched him for about an hour before I decided he ate enough to begin purging the IPs, or so I hope. He will get another dose tonight, but since I will be gone for the next two days and my brother will be feeding him, do you suggest I leave some Medicated food in the fridge for him to use? Or will the bloodworms go bad if they sit too long in the water?

I ended up going home today. I'm only 45 minutes away, but I ended up going to a fish store and bought some pygmy cories and cherry shrimp for another tank of mine, so I fed him. He seemed to gobble these day old ones more so than the usual hour old ones I give him. He gobbled them up pretty quickly, but he still had the occasional regurgitation of bloodworms, which seems like it can't be a good thing in my mind, but then again I'm not a marine biologist or fish vet.

Well he isn't as lumpy looking anymore, but he still looks pretty skinny.
He is, however, exploring the tank more and constantly on the hunt for snails.
He eats bloodworms like a fiend too. I just got some vita-chem to soak his food in before feeding. I'm thinking of getting some mussels from the grocery store to try to get him to eat.
Any suggestions on fattening this guy up?

Earthworms work well. I get the big ones at Walmart.

He isn't very big. Maybe 1" to 1.5". Think he will still go for them?

Yes, he has teeth!
