sorry for the delay but GOOD NEWS!!....

They were successful with expelling the air with a syringe AND after, the puffer ate a bit of food for them. From my understanding they put in some medication to help prevent a secondary infection and are keeping an eye on the fish. Hopefully things will continue to improve. I will keep you posted.

There were two working on the puffer and all hands were needed to do this. They said they can provide me more description/details but where unable to film the proceedure. I am really impressed on how much effort they (the locl fish store) put in to help there fish.

When I get more details I will share them in this thread.

My husband stopped by and took this video of the puffer yesterday. Before the fish was only able to be face down. The puffer still has a bubble on the right side but it's able to swim much better and navigates well enough to get food.
