Judging by the way this one acts and eats, the first one definitely had something wrong from day 1.
Ya I am in the lower region of WI, I also don't got space for another tank = [ post pictures of yours when possible!
Glad to hear this puffer is healthy I have learned that it makes a big difference. I only buy puffers now that come up to the glass and show curiosity in me.
