Got the buckets all filled and letting the salt desolve prior to starting the WC. One more quick question.

I'm using the Aqueon 75 whisper filter. Should I add another one or add power heads?

Oh shoot, I lied. One other quickie.... When should I replace the filters (2 large filter media cartridges) I was thinking replacing one each month, but keeping an old one to keep from shocking the system.

As far as the filter itself.....overfiltration is way better than adequate or under filtration

Yep the more filtration the better. I cant think of it ever being a bad thing.

Power heads are a great idea... It moves around gunk preventing dead spots.
I run 2 hydor power heads on opposite ends with a smart wave controller, it comes on and off every 15 minutes but you can customize it and alternate or whatever youd like, very neat check it out.

Whisper filters are total crap. They use cartridges. I'd get a Aquaclear 110. It'll make for good flow, once you go SW.
