hey guys I found and ordered tetraodon baileyi 6-8cm 50 euro..
and I have a tank for him..50x50x50..

Cool! Did you see a pic of the exact fish? How hairy is it? Is the tank cycled?

yeah the tank is cycled and I put a playsand in that tank..
is that ok for that puffer..?
I wanted that puffer and I heard that it is a very rare species..
can someone tell me the difference in names..monotrete,carinotetraodon,tetraodon,collomesus..
in my pet shop the name is tetraodon baileyi but I also saw that they call him monotrete..
I sorry if this is a stupid question but I need an answer..

Just because they call it the baileyi doesn't mean it is totally misidentified. You could be getting a DP! Also, reason I ask is some are much hairier than others:

That wouldnt be wise. weve seen mbus in a 300g and thats doable, but I wouldnt codone that either.
