I hope so, he was so happy the first week we had him, have popped down to the LFS and picked up some shrimp, feeding them up now and hoping they're gonna temp him out of his hole

So Mr Bumble is still with us and after a few days watching and reading up online, him floating at the top of the aquarium and looking schriveled and green is the way this one sleeps once the lights go on he returns to the rocks and comes back to his normal colour. He is still hiding but starting to come out more, I put in some river shrimp to see if he'll eat them but up to now he's ignoring them but still feeding on the brineshrimp.

The glass is still getting green and this is beginning to concern me, I got a very good IMHO test kit off line (Nutrafin) did a full test today and the results are below. Also did a 25ltr water change last Monday.

AMONIA - 0.1
NITRITE - 0.1
PH - 8.1
PHOSPHATE - 0.25
NITRATE- 5
IRON - 0
SALT - 1.023

The ones below needed one drop per shake and then watch to change colour, think I did them right but came out with the following results

GH - 23 drops - 460 mg/l
KH - 15 drops - 150 mg/l
Calcium - 27 drops - 540 mg/l

Algae bloom is one of the new tank stages. I keep a Magfloat in the corner of all my SW tanks, so I can see in the glass. It's gonna get worse, before it gets better. Keep up with WC.

Fingers crossed but Mr Bumble is alive and well and spends his time swimming around and not hiding, the water changes have done their job. The following stats are from today and 24hrs after the weekly water change, seems ok but will take any advice

Salt - 1.025
Ammonia - 0.6
Nitrite - 0.3
PH - 8.0
Nitrate - 5
Phosphates - 0.25
Iron - 0

All done with a Nutrafin test kit

Ammonia/nitrite must be kept 0 at all time. More WC.
