Thank you. Well I tried the crushed snail as advised and am glad to announce that it was a success. Now if he just wasn't so ADD and would chase ghost shrimp lol. He prefers to play ring around the rosey with the power head. Think he is bored. What to do what to do.....

Glad the crushed snail worked for you. He will get the ghost shrimp in time, you have the chance to feed the ghosts up nicely so when he does eat them they will be nutritious. In the meantime you have a clean up crew

I have another quick question on filtration. On my GSP tank I have an API XP2 on a 55g. On my 75g Marine tank I have an API XP3 and a proteen skimmer for a 150 gallon. What would you all reccomend adding for each tank?

Any advice?

What flow do they push out? Are they canisters?

Sorry they are Rena not API, the XP2 that is on my 55 flows 300 GPH and the XP3 on my 75 does 350 GPH, yes they are canisters.

Got a question. You have a 55 gal, 75 gal. and a 150 gal. and all are marine tanks right? I got alittle lost there..lol. Btw, Snoopy is beautiful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I always wanted a healthy dogface puffer. I could not find a healthy lookin dogface puffer years back when I had marine tanks. But you gotta post more pics of Snoopy for us. He is awesome.....

I have a 75G Marine and two 55 brackish. Have my eye on a 150G but not in the works yet. Momma says bigger house before more tanks. I also have a 29 gallon bio cube in the garage I'm thinking of setting up for a dward lion. Wish I could figure out the picture posting thing! Then would definately post more. His beak was overgrown a bit when I got him but it's looking better, hoping to not have to trim. Snails and clams have been helping.

Is that enough filtration or should I add more or look into a sump type setup? New to Marine tanks, been doing fresh and brackish water for quite awhile.

What are your upgrading plans for your dogface?
