Best is to thaw with a few drops of vitamins in the water. Be sure to pour off the water & shake them off a bit before tossing into the tank.

No worries and I will definitely invest in the vitamin water. I was using garlic guard on some stuff when they get finicky on me. (them spoiled brats) lol

Seen the finniest thing this morning, I fed my GSP's a block of beefheart and they ripped it to shreds!

But apparently a puffer is smart enough to learn from its owners and save some for later, as one of them has a piece of it dangling from its mouth!
