Ok so i just noticed he has a single white speck on his tail. near the top. he not acting weird, just sleeping atm 
i doubt it's ick could it be something food like got stuck there? colors look good. water readings are all good.
EDIT it was just a fleck of food or something it fell off. Anywho snapped a pic of him while he was sleeping :
