What is better, clams, muscles or scallops in shells? Any of those "not" good?

All are fine, some have more meat in them than others, in this order (less to more): mussels, oysters, clams.

Awesome. My LFS can get me a large bundle frozen and already soaked in vitamins for about the same as fresh plus vitamins if not a little less.

I also adopted 2 marble crayfish to put in my freshwater tank, the LFS gave me a few babies as extras, holy cow I have never seen something torn apart in seconds so quickly! So I think I have a great variety now, clams, baby crayfish, snails, worms and a little seaweed.
