So far the big one is ignoring the lil one. He's still pretty shy, hiding behind the rocks.

Would the leopard be ok in a 20g by itself? I saw on that site you linked that it only grows to 3 inchs

beautiful puff PP! i had a toby in with my GSP when i had it, they werent together for any lengthy time(about a year though) and my GSP ignored him for the most part. the only thing he would do was look at him lol. never showed aggression towards him even during feeding. but then again it comes down to "will your specific puffer allow the toby to live with it?" IMO it might not be worth risking the damage that could be done, but if you have an extra tank ready you can try it and see how they react to each other before a full release into the tank. my toby i sold though as i didnt want to risk having long term issues even though my GSP was a big baby

Mine too jus85411, I would be afraid that any tankmate would bully Balki, I was almost afraid his molly bff right now might harrassed him, but they, from what anyone could say, seem to enjoy each other's company. If problems occur, I have somewhere to move the molly.
I wouldn't mix a toby and GSP though, that would worry me too.

yeah that was before i really started my obsession with my GSP and his care. i smartened up though and stuck with just my GSP, false perc clown, chocolate chip starfish and small hermit crab that somehow survived being with the puffer he wasnt bought for the purpose of the puff, i got him by accident and free when LFS employee was getting me ghost shrimp

By far two of the coolest looking puffers I have seen!
