Since this board has been up, we have found there are several questions that routinely get asked in order to help diagnose problems. If you can have that information to begin with in your post, we'll be able to help right away (if we can!) without having to wait for you to post the info we need.
1) Your water parameters - pH, Ammonia, Nitrite, Nitrates and salinity (if appropriate). This is by far the most important information you can provide! Do not answer this with "Fine" "Perfect" "ok", that tells us nothing. We need hard numbers.
2) Tank size and a list of ALL inhabitants. Include algae eaters, plecos, everything. We need to know what you have and how big the tank is.
3) Feeding, water change schedule and a list of all products you are using or have added to the tank (examples: Cycle, Amquel, salt, etc)
4) What changes you've made in the tank in the last week or so. Sometimes its the little things that make all the difference.
5) How long the aquarium has been set up, and how did you cycle it? If you don't know what cycling is read this: Fishless Cycling Article and familiarize yourself with all the information. Yes. All of it.
We want to help, and providing this information will go a LONG way to getting a diagnosis and hopeful cure that much faster.
While you wait for assistance:
One of the easiest and best ways to help your fish feel better is clean water! If you are already on a regular water change schedule (50% weekly is recommended) a good step to making your fish more comfortable while waiting for diagnosis/suggestions is to do a large water change immediately. Feel free to repeat daily or as often as you can, clean water is always a good thing! Use of Amquel or Prime as a dechlor may help with any ammonia or nitrite issues, and is highly recommended.
Note - if you do not normally do large water changes, doing a sudden, large water change could shock your fish by suddenly changing their established water chemistry. Clean water is still your first goal, so in this case, do several smaller (10%) water changes over the next day or two before starting any large ones.

Re: confirmed ICH
Well Benji is still doing pretty good, for having Marine Ich. He is still VERY eager to eat. I've just reached 1.011 SG and after tomorrow will be at 1.009 and keep it there until December. I got the 180 gallon last night and gonna start taking the steps to set it up! This time I'm not gonna use spray paint, instead I'm gona try a Vinyl background. That should speed up the tank set-up.
And PP, do you constantly use VC in your tanks continuously or just when you have a sick fish?

Re: confirmed ICH
Hello all! I have an update on Benji. The SG is at 1.009 and I did a 50% WC yesterday. I can't find any evidence of the Crypt anymore (spots on fins and body are gone), but something else is going on with him I'm afraid. He has stopped eating, hasn't eating in 2 days, and has been sitting in the sand at one corner of the tank for the last 2 days also. The last time I saw him swim around was yesterday when I was changing his water and the day before when I saw him poo. When I was changing his water he was swimming really weird, running into the HOB filter intake, rough landings when he comes to a stop on the sand. And when he went poo yesterday, I was kinda surprised at what came out. It was like a red sheet no more than a quarter of an inch across...
I'm really worried, I'm going to go pick up some Marine C from my LFS until I can order the stuff PP suggested..
I would have posted sooner, but something was wrong and I couldn't read anyhting on TPF.

Re: confirmed ICH
Have you been treating him for IP's?
Sorry to hear he pooped a red sheet, IP's is the only thing I can think of, but I've not heard of that type of pooping before. What are the water parameters beside the SG?

Re: confirmed ICH
You can order the VC to be shipped overnight. What are the parameters?

Re: confirmed ICH
The parameters were way off. The ammonia was zero but the nitrates and nitrites were pretty high. That was before I left for school this morning. I got out of school and had an hour and a half to kill so I did a 85% water change. I was late leaving so i didn't have time to do a parameter check after. I'm going to get some epsom salt on the way home from work. I saw him try to poop and he started to, but the he quit and went to laying back down on the sand. Ill update with parameters later tonight.

Re: confirmed ICH
I would also start treating for IP's, soak his food in a Jungle parasite clear and mushed up garlic marinade.
I'm sorry Benji is having such a rough time

Re: confirmed ICH
Ammonia 0.0
Nitrites .25
Nitrates 5.0
SG .10
PH 8.2
Dosed the tank with epsom salt just now. Seven, if he's not eating, how would you suggest I treat? Gotta get the VC asap....

Oh, that's not good that he's not eating. I'm sorry I missed that part. Maybe the epsom salt will help him poop and he'll feel more like eating.

Re: confirmed ICH
Well it looks like the massive WC and the ES did it. I didn't see him poop but he ate this morning! Now he's back on the bottom digesting his food, and hopefully he starts cruzin the tank again. Gonna do another water change today, about 30 gallons.

Yah I started freaking out when he swam to the glass when I was trying to entice him with a big ole pacific white shrimp. He is still chillin at the bottom only coming to the glass for food.
