My husband and I just watched the episode with the phonebooth tank. The part with the dogface pissed me off!!! My husband just looked at me with big eyes and said "that REALLY just pissed you off didn't it". Hubby's face was priceless. That phonebooth tank was cool but WAY overstocked...so sad...

I like that show, I just watched two episodes and I think its funny and interesting.

True to that....and I love how they set up a tank...fill it.with water and then add fish..wtf.....

I know many of you dont like the show... my understanding is alot of the acclimation and water paramater stuff is edited out for time reasons. Im not defending the guys, just explaining what I had heard. Love em or hate em.... just supplying links to interviews to inform the discussion.....

Now... this guy is cool! Mr saltwater tank has a very informative blog.... and is a responsible saltwater aquariest who does a decent interview... Mr saltwater guy(sounds like a superhero)LOL also has a balanced point of view on the show I think? anyway... here it is...

I think the show is relatively tacky, but really I'm dissapointed in AP for producing a show that does leave so many important details out of proper fish care, because ultimately it's just advocating basically animal abuse by leaving out those details. It wouldn't be too difficult to put text notations on the screen that cover those things.

I find both the guys to be VERY annoying & it's gotten to the point I can't watch it at all.
