You are pretty much in full setup lol. It’s always better that you get a 10 gallon; One doubt do you use any discountfilters for this? this would allow you to have much more decor space. Try using echo filters, they works awesome in my tank. Obtaining a quality water test kit is also a better idea as it gives you a perfect idea about when the tank is ready and when to do your water changes. Anyway always remember that if done regularly and thoroughly maintenance can be so easy.
