I got some freeze dried krill and plankton last night. I also picked up some frozen krill and plankton as well. I'm not going to feed him today, since he had more snails yesterday (kept refusing the bloodworms).

I checked his water parameters and they are normal with ammonia and nitrites being at 0 and nitrates at about 7 ppm. His ph is at 8.0 and temps are at 78 degrees.

Here are a couple pictures taken of him after he ate his snails. It's hard to get a clear picture of him. This little guy is really speedy.

Is there any way of telling whether this puffer is a "he" or "she?"

You've got a nice looking F8. Unfortunately there is no way of knowing what gender it is.
