I got the greatest compliment from sawboy a gal my age can get. He was discussing with his friend that he thought he might know me from when he was 11 or 12 & his friend said that would make me in my 50s & there's no way I could be that old!

Pufferpunk and I have never physically met, but I would bet that I would recognize her in a flash! And especially if it were a fish-related venue. Or maybe a dog-related venue.

LOL, I was bending over to peer into the SAP tank at the Shedd & a fellow came up behind me & asked if I was the puffer lady. He said he recognized me because of my tatts & the fact that I was looking at the puffers (he was also a Chgo detective). He said he got my email addy from the TFH mag my GSP article was in & through emails, I saved his puffer. Brought his whole family over to meet me, like I was some kind of celebrity!
