Also I know the difference between a sump and a filter. I'm 16 not 5.

GSP, You don't use FW filtration on SW.
As far as the rock, I'd double that or at least add 50% more. I have a feeling you might have some food caught somewhere that might be rotting. Move the rock around & see if there's any leftovers. A CUC is going to be difficult in there. You could try a cucumber for substrate cleaning.

You're not always wrong, you do give some good advise but stick with what you're personally experienced with.

Well, I added another 10kg of live rock today. In the meantime I am adding Prime & doing water changes++.

Yep, from the usual guy I get my marine bit & bobs from. (he breaks established tanks & keeps the rock in his holding tanks for 6wks+, then into his display tanks to sell on).
