I did a massive water change yesterday and have been soaking his food in meds, he's A LOT more active now. His belly gets white for a long time then gets partly gray. Is there anything I could do to get him greener? Also what exactly does it mean when he's that color? I'm looking into and saving for a larger tank, the test kits I'm buying tomorrow.

Scorpio: Yes, when his belly gets partly gray there's a few dark spots along the edge of his tummy.

How about tank decor. Are there plenty of places to hide in the tank? The color could be a lot of things. Could be bad water conditions. Could be stress caused by no place to hide for other fish or people who come in room, if he is already stressed. Could be other things also.

Generally, if a fish perks up from a WC, the parameters were off.

Rechecked the parameters today since I got the test kits.
Ammonia:0
Nitrite:0
Nitrate: <20
That's seems good, right?

I'm still treating Berny for IPs, haven't seen any improvements yet. Today would be day three of feeding him soaked food, first day I did the whole tank cause that's what the package said. My bad. I put Melafix in the tank to help with his back fin, we'll see what happens. Oh! I bought him a new hiding spot and I kind of handcrafted my own. I dug out some rock underneath my fake coral bubble, it's pretty wicked I think, Berny seems to like it.

I just noticed that my molly is pregnant, I'm not sure when it happened probably in the last few days. Any tips for caring for baby mollies?

As far as caring for them I suggest a separate tank for babies. Could be as small as a few gallons as long as the filtration is good. I do suggest the biggest tank available though because the babies will grow larger. You can feed them tiny live food or very finely crushed flake food.
