He is spinning on top of a clear container that his holding snails. Re-watch the movie you will see he is probably not sick, just really ticked off that he can't get those snails.
I agree that he does look lumpy and smaller... As for color, do you guys/gals always use that as a sign of an unhealthy fish? I ask this, because my Ceylon puffer gets a dark belly the second people are around. Whether it's because he's hungry or scared of people, I'm not sure...

Their colours can change for several reasons - sleeping, hunting, feeding but stress/illness can also be shown as a dark belly. Ceylons never seem to have the bright white tummy that a GSP does tho. I suspect in your case, its just a stress reaction from strange people near the tank. They're a moody lot!

This sounds...bad. LolI was referring only to my comment which was Asian can equal small tank.
