Actually it's two different species, but they look very much alike.

Just realized that I did get a new camera last week and I haven't even showed you all my little guy yet. Hapi is doing great, only problem is he plows threw the snails way to fast but he's grown double in size since I've gotten him (3month ago), his colours and patterns are really showing! Hapi is also quite the attention digger, always trying to get everyone's attention when they enter the room.

Looks lovely - in very good condition, with some striking colours waiting to show properly.

Looking really good, well feeled out. I see that he has a washed out look to him. Might be from the pure white sand. Mine has a white substrate too but its crushed coral but will be changed to river gravel with more of the darker tones. But anyways love your fahaka :D .

That's just the photos, pictures in general don't do justice, her eyes are 100x's more pretty than the photo shows.

So Hapi had his first cray fish last night, he eyed and followed it around the tank for ~5min with a huge confused look on his face wondering if it was food or a friend. Finally he cornered it in one of the back corners, took the whole cray in one gulp/1 chew, then came flying back to the front of the tank with the "More?" look on his face. Should documented it on video but I wasn't thinking :(

I bet that was a sight..lol. I noticed that fahakas are like lil dogs and sometime like to play or be buddies with their food...

So I looked over at Hapi while I was trying to fix my new router and watched him bury himself in the sand, so cute.

Here's the photo I snagged.
