Well after a long last couple of days of researching i have finally discovered that my thoughts were too good to be true. My puffer is not a pustulatus but instead a variance of a fahaka. I bought the aqua log for puffers to get some more insight and I also talked to a friend of a friend who happened to had raised three juvenile pustulatus and had significantly good pictures when they were around 3 inches long. My puffer is still awesome and still contains red spots so i am still happy!
