What is that line across the back of the tank?

The line is the water level. I keep using water from my reef tank when I do water changes I just dump what's left in the tv. The lights don't look as blue in person, kind of 20k I'm thinking about doing some more white lights. oh and yes they are outdoor lights haha

So I can't decide if I want more live rock or not. I may just toss some fake plants in there. What do you think? I'm def gonna get a protein skimmer or diy one.

Long awaited update!

I haven't had the chance to pick up some dry rock to add to the tank, but I have added a couple fake plants since these pics where taken.

I was at the LFS and saw the fattest GSP ever. The ones that we normally see are heavily infested with internal parasites. Please don't flame me for my tank size (29), I have a 75 for him to move into-once I finish getting some more powerheads/lighting. I just could not pass up healthy fish-GSP's are my favorite. I'm doing 50% water changes once a week. Eventually he'll go into the 75 and my clownfish pair will go in the t.v. That's the plan for now.
