PP you sound like my sister ... No red meat. Veggies, fish and fowl are ok. With the exception of oddities that she has never known before

Her husband is the opposite..LOL!! difficult family to feed

Actually, I'm not really OK with eating birds who live a much more tortured life than the cows or pigs I won't eat but I have to eat something & I know I wouldn't get enough protein any other way, since I don't cook.

Wild chicken with Shallots, black pepper and sea salt quickly cooked in a blackened skillet served with wild rice with blueberries
or....
Drunken Kokonut curry shrimp. Ackee, Callalloo, and corn bread on the side
Think I'll stick with corn flakes for breakfast though.....

Ok, my misunderstanding. I was thinking you were vegetarian for some reason.

Last night was oven baked chicken breast and potatoes, with peas and a salad on the side.
Breakfast was one Shredded Wheat biscuit with a splash of milk, and some concord grapes... (apparently I didn't grab seedless like I thought.)

I see a couple people eating baked chicken breasts-
I just want to mention a new seasoning from McCormick (Small battles with black lids, pictures of grilled food on the bottles)
Anyway, I am in love with it..It is called Smoke House Maple
It has the sweet of the maple, yet is savory
It works perfect for chicken breasts!
I think I have mentioned it on every forum I am on LOL
