yep it is a pain in the butt... you're sleeping habits will be altered permanently. It is very easy for it to come back once you have normal use back.

I used to be able to sleep with my hands behind my head. At BEST I can have them on my stomach and still sometimes wake up with the tingling.

#1 find an ergo setting that you are comfortable with and adjust it accordingly from time to time. Resting on your elbow will put strain on your shoulder.

Sorry for your injury.

If you can get a splint for it (they sell cheapo ones in pharmacies), it will keep from stressing your wrist and give it time to heal.

An occupational therapist and/or hand therapist would be ideal, but...


Rest it as much as you can.
