back to the substrate subject...do you think a mix of tahitian moon soon and crushed coral would be okay. some one was selling some close to my place. and it's in an established tank right now but wants to change it

hello im new to to owning a green spotted puffers but i have read every bit of reading mateareal on them that i could find but its not very clear to me so its realy difficult to know what im doing i asked pet stores to and they said there bracksh water fish but other pet stores say there salt water fish im so confused so witch are they? i know they need a biger tank and every thing

Saltwater. Make your own thread in the brackish forum and read up on them in the pufferpedia and other things. They start in freshwater, go to low brackish, mid brackish, high brackish then dip into full saltwater :)
