Thnx ill take a torch to them tomorrow.... kinda sucks cause i was excited to have something growing in my tank lol. Any idea of what kinda of softies i can get that will work with a 2 bulb t5ho system (im getting a trade for it each bulb is 39w 1 1200k and 1actinic)each with there own reflector and my tank isnt but 18" deep.

LOL, I remember how excited when I saw my 1st aptasia & thought it was a free anemone! That's what the LFS told me I was getting too.

Im prob going to feel bad tomorrow torching them since i have been hand feeding them for the past 2 weeks lol. They have been my babies to bad they grow up and multiply like roaches.

...and sting everything they touch!

Would any sort of anemone be good in my tank with a Spud and 80w lighting. Im thinking i can get away with some shrooms, maybe some pulseing xenias and a kenya tree but not sure of anything else.

watts really doesnt tell us how effective your lights are at keeping corals, only how much power they consume... Are they screw-in bulbs? powercompacts? T5s? T5s with good reflectors?

I don't see individual reflectors there. It looks like the PC light I recently sold to someone here.

It says individual reflectors but the picture doesnt really show it so im not sure.

It says, "polished individual single lamp reflector" but it looks like only one over both bulbs.

Ahhh ok i misunderstood it. I will probably not get it then especially since im not getting a reply anymore for it.

If you're only looking to keep softie corals, that light should do or even a power compact.

You should get this one... twice the light for about the same price... Still not enough light for anemones if you ask me tho...
