Cherry shrimp shouldn't. I've got both breeding in the same tank.
It is absurd to talk of one animal being higher than another. We consider those, when the cerebral structure/intellectual faculties most developed, as highest. A bee doubtless would when the instincts were.

I have cherries and snails in the same tank (2.5g) and the shrimp are for sure not eating the snails, the snails are breeding like crazy but the shimp are not breeding much or at all.

awsome, then ill get me some shrimp when i can. I had mollies with the snails but those little buggers were eating the snail eggs

I fed him just before starting this thread, around 1245 in the afternoon on monday, this picture was taken around 145-2am on tuesday so about 13 hours later. I think I may be winning the battle against IP's, what do yall think

I didn't intentionally put snails in my shrimp tank, but they are there, and they are breeding too, so I'd have to go with the general consensus and say that the shrimp don't bother the snails eggs.

I think I'ma go get some IP meds today. I've never treated vicious, but I noticed a wee string of pearls in the tank today :( Rah Rah. You'll have to help me figure out what I'm doing Jeeps :D
