Someone on my reef club forum recommends 3m color quartz sand. Anyone use that? Anyone know how much I'll need for a 3" bed in a 48g bowfront?

I think Lisa uses that. I think it's been discontinued or something.
It is absurd to talk of one animal being higher than another. We consider those, when the cerebral structure/intellectual faculties most developed, as highest. A bee doubtless would when the instincts were.

Was browsing LFS sites in Dallas, and found one that just got a shipment of these guys in. They have them listed under freshwater fish. I am no where near ready to keep one, but may go by just to take a peek.
