I just have this thing where if a topic interests me, I remember absolutely everything I hear or see about it. It makes me wish my interests were more marketable.

If it wasnt falling off as Nick said it was going to be a prolapse,I hope she sucks it back in , shes a pretty little thing.

Just out of curiosity what was the last meal before this happened.

Last meal was last night about 9:00, bloodworms, AFAIK. There are a very few tiny snails in there (or were as of yesterday morning). I don't see any snails now so it's possible she found them and ate them. Couldn't have had more than 2-3.

Doesnt sound like too heavy a meal in terms of big things to digest. It just sounds like one of those things that could happen to any of us, hopefully she will sort herself out.

I fed them and she must have pigged out because her belly is the fattest I've seen yet. She looks happy as a clam and that protuberance has disappeared. I hope it doesn't happen again

Me too. I didn't dose the tank yet with epsom salts, but I will if I see anything like that again. Yikes!

Maybe do a 1/2 dose? Just in case?? That would be my idea but I'm not that good with hospital stuff... usually turns out badly

Epsom salt couldn't hurt.
