That's a good point. I've never bought prepared seafood except for stuffed crab and, occasionally, fish sticks. (Yes, I love fish sticks. I like to put fish sticks in my mouth.) Glad you pointed it out to me.
Though I just started wondering now. I've known people to buy fresh or frozen fish and give some to their fish. I myself include tuna in my goldies' diet (I make their food). But I've heard that all wild caught fish have mercury. Come to think of it, it makes me wonder about the fish I have that aren't meant for eating. Wonder why I've never thought of it before.
