What is a towel puff?
My Puffer won't eat or swim. All water levels safe 0 ammonia, 0 nitrite, 5ppm nitrates, 79F water temp, SG 1.007, pH 7.6, He is turning black and will not move from the bottom was very helathy just 2 days ago and has rapidly deteorated in just a few hours.. How did you get yours to start eating again? Did you use medicine or just change the food?

I would suggest getting a liquid based test kit. Test strips are not reliable.

when we bought our mbu, it sulked for a good 2 weeks eating only a tiny amount of food if at all, until he decided that eating was a better option and could he have some more..NOW!

Longest 2 weeks of my life...trying to wean children is much easier...

I want a towel puffer... Are they like Hammacher'd top-of-the-line towels and last forever but are quite pricey? We decided to be self-indulgent when the kids were out of the house and bought a set. Later we used them as special gifts and were accused of extreme decadence, but they do last forever and are guaranteed. The originals are still in daily used. I want a puffer like that.

Do they inflate as a safety/floatation device? I would love to have one of those. lol

LOL! Probably not, as a puffer's only "safe" inflation is with water.
